SHIPMENTS : Vénéneuse currently offers colissimo in France and UPS for abroad. We will package and ship your items safely.​

 

RETURNS : If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Vénéneuse offers its customers a full credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). All items must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please contact us before returning for specific shipping and insurance instructions. ​

DAMAGE :  If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 working days. Please be sure to keep all packaging as received. Photos of packaging and damage will be required. We will assist you with all insurance procedures.

REPAIRS :  Many of our pieces contain delicate materials and antique features. Although we ensure that all parts are safe and functioning properly, sometimes unforeseen problems may arise. In any case, if an item purchased from Vénéneuse is damaged, we may be able to repair and/or replace parts to make it look like new. In most cases the fee is small and chargeable, but we will notify you if major repairs are necessary. Please contact us for advice.
